Waitangi in Bass Strait

In 1999 I sailed the Tophat sloop, Waitangi, with another crew member from Western Port Bay to Sandringham on Port Phillip Bay. We had 30knt easterlies which made for a fast sail along the coast with decent waves. The painting depicts the voyage as we near Port Phillip Heads with Port Nepean in the background.
